When and why did you start training for fighting? The Ultimate Fighter Season 1. Growing up, I was not allowed to watch the fights so I didn't focus on fighting at all; I just wrestled. I saw TUF season 1 and was addicted and slowly started training.

What professional titles have you held? 2X LFA Featherweight Champion

Any accomplishments in amateur combat sports? All American Wrestler [Missouri Valley College], 7-1 Amateur MMA Record

Any belts/ranks in grappling disciplines? Brown belt in BJJ

What has been your toughest fight to date and why? My toughest fight was against a kid in the regional MMA circuit named Levi Mowles. I was supposed to fight a striker and he was a very good grappler. He took the fight on 3 days’ notice, and we slugged it out on the feet for 3 rounds straight in LFA.

Who is your favorite fighter and why? My favorite fighter is prime Frankie Edgar. You could never count him out of a fight.

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? Missouri Valley College - Exercise Science

What was your job before you started fighting? Personal Trainer

Personal life/background: I opened my own Fortis MMA location a year ago and that is where I do all of my training. I have 4 daughters and I enjoy hunting, fishing, and woodworking
