While discussing his journey from childhood wrestler to professional mixed martial artist, Miles explains why mental health issues are a matter near and dear to his heart.

Shortly after Miles leaves the show, Jim and Matt are joined by VFS Academy’s Mike Valle, who uses his perspective as Belal Muhammad’s coach to dive deeper into the upcoming welterweight title fight between defending champion Leon Edwards and two-time title challenger Colby Covington.
