UFC on ABC (8/3/24) Vucenic lost a three round unanimous decision to Guram Kutateladze

When and why did you start training for fighting? I found the UFC online when I was a young boy and instantly became obsessed with it. It’s all I could think about.

What professional titles have you held? Former Cage Warriors Featherweight World champion

Any accomplishments in amateur combat sports? Amateur record of 10-1

Any belts/ ranks in grappling disciplines? BJJ brown belt

Who is your favorite fighter and why? I have always liked GSP. The way he would act in and out of the cage was great to watch.

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? I dropped out of college to pursue MMA

What was your job before you started fighting? I was a carpet fitter

Origin of nickname: As an amateur, I would fight on shows all over the country against the hometown fighter and always win; I was called an epidemic killing off all the hometown heroes

Personal Life/Background: I try to give as much time to my children as possible outside of the MMA gym. I will never press them to fight, either. I want them to be whoever they are meant to be, not force them into my dream.
