When and why did you start training for fighting? Did karate as a child for multiple years and started boxing at 16; one thing led to another, and I found myself in an MMA room.

Training: 2-3 sessions a day, 6 days a week, consist of team training, strength and conditioning, wrestling, grappling, pad work and sparring 

Do you have any heroes? Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ 

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It means the world. It allows me to do what makes me happy and support my family all at the same time. It’s who I am. A fighter 

What was your job before you started fighting? Cafe owner 

Specific accomplishments in amateur competition? Featherweight amateur champ for Combat Zone MMA (Calvin Kattar’s promotion)
